I install racking. No mask while drilling concrete (silica dust) and no load sign fitted prior to rack being loaded.

looks like ya went 200 off the wall from the first bay n not from the furthest point, wont get pallet clearance in the second bay

I used to do this job in the uk, we mostly worked in supermarket warehouses, this one time we was working at a dog biscuit factory🤮 I was still the new guy so when it came to going in the oven room where there was a huge conveyer belt baking dog biscuits (they kept spare beams in the back) that was my job and the smell still haunts me 🤮

@@84602 they are, you want the lowest outward angle of cross supports facing forward, no machinery is going to collide at such a high point

Rather than have one or two men on the other side while lifting an upright, could just drop a pair of sandbags at the feet to keep it from sliding while lifting it upright.

would be way slower having to lift heavy sandbags onto each pallet you lift up each time

Good video but It is a lot easier to handle 3m frames - try it with 7m - you need a forklift. Also a tip - waggle the drill around to enlarge the hole otherwise you can't get the bolts in.

codprawn how about don’t do that or else to Dyna bolts or tru bolts won’t hold up to the specs of the racking they are pinning down

Iknow this is 2 years ago but with the company I’m with now, we just finished up a 25m job with jaycar, was absolute nutty, needed 2 forklifts and a crane

No. Better to apply a new surface to your concrete floor
