The chorus is part of a traditional Igbo folktale that I can't fully recall. In the story, I think the river goddess wants to punish the wrong person for spitting in the sacred river. In the chorus, the person cries and begs the river goddess, pleading that it was Adanga who actually spat in the river. In Igbo cultural stories, there is often a part where the chorus is sung, and the audience typically joins in for that part. Growing up, my grandma had so many stories like this-thank you for bringing back those memories.🥰😍❤❤❤

The king, the legend, prof Obewe still got the voice and energy but I miss his signature dance if you have seen the old video. Zeak delivered real good. Meanwhile, the ladies did not give the steps befitting to this hot and ancient tune.

The old man’s voice was so angelic and interesting I love the beat the vibe.. zeak did a great job but the dancers didn’t do well especially the female dancers they ruined the video

I don’t know the meaning of this song oh but as a Yoruba boy that is obsessed with Igbo tribe. I love every part of this song. Professor is a very good singer. I love that odogo ne dilibo dogolo part more(I know I did not get the spelling but u know what I’m talking about). Igbo Amaka Biko😘😘😘
