You did the same thing I did. I started out 2 months ago with Monday start day and last week I changed over to Sunday start day. My deck is very large. I have started out with every household job I could think of and, and now I am zoning in on getting them combined into groups. I also have my 12 week years combined into my deck as well as medical appointments, etc. I have designed my deck for the older person as I am 73 and can only do a little at a time. I may do a video with that perspective. So my deck goes on a table with a small section pulled out into a pouch for each day. I enjoyed your video, and I love Jen and watch all her planning videos over and over. I will yours too. thanks!

This is amazing! But what if I want the inside of the pockets to be pretty lining fabric as well.
@thegraincreativeco9227 Жыл бұрын
Cut out the pocket pattern twice; sew them together right sides facing, flip it right side out and press. Top stitch near the seam if necessary! It should be acting as one piece of fabric now, and can be mounted to the base layer and worked with as usual :)

What a great tutorial! Thank you so much. The only things I need to know before making the medium is do I still need to add an inch each way to the pattern pieces and also do I need to add 5" to the side/bottom piece? I plan on making one of each soon!
@lyricst.germaine11532 жыл бұрын
Is it only me or how do we know how far from the tab to place the pieces to sew? Make sense? The zipper is 16" or whatever so how many inches from the top of the zip do I place the pieces that it is sewn to?

Thanks so much for this tutorial and pattern! I've been coveting the Delphonics Pouch for a couple of years now. I know I can make one so I've not wanted to buy it but haven't made the jump to sit down and figure it out. I attempted the medium last night. It all went great until I tried to put the back piece on. I must have attached the side piece to the zipper piece crooked making it too short on the back side...Ugh! I will get it finished! It's too darn cute to give up. Great stuff! Thanks again!!
