A similar approach i took with Automation Anywhere was to set +/- tolerances on price, size, bedrooms and location, then simply incrementally increase those variables until "10" similar homes were identified - and the automation would send them those.. I'm sure your solution will be much better than mine without the hefty AA licensing fees.. can't wait to switch. Please also note that A) in absence of GPT, the map search features are exceptionally valuable to micro-focus on small areas that can't be searched w zip or neighborhood or anything other than a map... which can crash the idx-broker server with a "bad request - your browser sent a request that this server could not understand... size of a request header field exceeds server limit" Frank has this info and ticket w IDXbroker - so far (two months) no updates - and B) lessons for your new capabilities: if using their basic map search can create a URL that exceeds their server config (which they can easily increase) - this can serve as a warning for what the GPT may create as URL's.. and your new capabilities may experience... pls have IDX-broker increase their server config parameters to avoid that request header field size crash :)
