IF you lived or worked at Sheppard in the 60s/70s/80s, you probably knew my grand-dad. Worked the food line. But what I found in his closet was the ACE Field Engineer's manual. He always said he was just a "cook". Made me wonder what he had been "cooking" back in WW2,
