At one point Korea used the melody of Auld Lang Syne for its anthem as it was heavily influenced by western missionaries. I assume this is a funeral for repatriated remains of a korean resistance fighter from before the modern republic of korea, so they have decided to use the old anthem.

That is the rank "Marshal of the Airforce" I think that was Prince Phillip. Marshal of the Airforce is a rank used during times of major conflict like WW2 or just used as an honourary rank.
