For the lazy me I just cut them into thin strips and then fry. They turn out not so crispy nor crunchy lol. Your version of the sweet potato crackers is absolutely delightful. Thanks for cooking and sharing.

Oh thank you. I’m gluten free and very picky with what I eat because I get sick to my stomach easily. Anyway, I made 2 batches yesterday, my 10th try. I think, I’m going to add 2 more minutes baking time to make it more crispy.
