Patients do limp with PAD because the only way to build collaterals (blood vessels around the blockage) is to walk past the point where the calf is cramping. That's when you limp and walk another 10 minutes. Rest, then do it again. I'm walking in this way morning and night ... likely for the rest of my life or until my new carnivore diet reverses my. Diet, diet, diet. plaque build up. Yes, it can be reversed!

I went to buy some Flonase today and found, as you'd expect, several different Flonase products. Rachel, could you be more specific when you say Flonase? Or show a picture of the bottle. Thanks.

So, I have had surgery last week. Removing a schwannoma from my spinal cord around l3. I found out in February this year. My life just stopped. Couldnt believe it and as soon as i found out what kind of surgery was needed i was so scared. Last week i was very scared going into surgery. I knew there was no choice by still had to drag myself in there. I was scared for complications and also the surgery itself. Now 1 week later, I feel better. It was a very tough surgery, and first 3 days were very hard. Walked on day 2, but my legs did not feel the same. Power and coordination were missing. Now after the 1st week I can say strength is coming back and coordination also. Still very tired from surgery. This will take those 4 to 6 weeks recovery. From anyone going trough this, keep up hope. It sure helps and go into surgrry being fit. I'll post an update in a few weeks.

Wrong! My son got Lyme disease and Alpha Gal syndrome from the same tick. This is one of the dumbest thing I’ve heard. I can’t listen to anymore of this guy. I know for a fact that he told many people they didn’t have Lyme and they most certainly did.
@cowjjf5 күн бұрын
Animals with Lyme get treated better than people. Testing is poor for humans…somehow animal testing is much more accurate. Animals who get tested are identified immediately

Do an endoscopy ever 2 years and a colonoscopy every 4 even if your doctor says you don’t need to. That way you prevent colon and stomach cancer from ever getting caught at an advance stage. Tip: to get them approved by insurance, you kind of have to exaggerate your symptoms
