I'm from finland, and i think that is pretty awesome! Sure it's not like real (finnish) sauna, but who cares when you can put it in your living room, and take it with you when moving to somewhere else.

ah mate this is class. Can't tell you enough how much I appreciate this... so basically I'm too sprawled out with zero offer, its too general. 1 Issue with the forums/ FB groups, they don't let you post offers and most people want it all for free in these places... because other Docs/ Practitioners are also in there giving free advice. Noone gets better because really they need a proper coaching plan, but they don't want to do it and get stuck in these groups. I left the FB groups for these reasons. Forum was of a Doctor I trained under on his site... he's v expensive, 1000s of people, all self-healing with their own journals, but of 1000 members, I had 3 people find me there that paid me $200 per 1 hour consult (hence why I selected that figure). They could see by my writings there that I knew what I was doing... however, the Doc has removed me from site for sharing my email address there. He's militant. FB groups I had 1 or 2 interested but didn't want to pay. Helped a couple without charging, as I had a job/ felt bad. Others were relatives, friends. None of them wanted to enter into a full on Coaching thing. They had an issue, but only wanted specific answers and short/ sweet, + didn't want to pay + do much. + as relatives, they didn't believe totally in what I was saying. All of them healed/ cured with simple recommendations and they don't even mention it really, it's bizarre. Chose META ads bc people in the US will pay for coaching, have money, especially I targeted Florida, NC & NY. They're boomers with health issues and more spare cash. I don't think so many will try and undercut me with pricing/ coaching like those in groups/ forums/ relatives. If I change my website: www.thebodyclock.co to a more tight Offer Outline... + run this Offer through Ads with C2A videos... I think it will work really well. I dont mind putting money into Meta... in just 1 week, with $25 spent on 1 rubbish Reel video, it attracted 40 followers on FB, $25 spent on IG on a crappy post = + 30 new followers. I always have the same issue. I'm very good at my specialization, making historically sourced detailed 3D models and visualizations, but terrible at marketing. But I hate that the only customers i can find are government(related) organizations paying me on contract from tax money. I don't like that people did not have a choice in giving me that money. I wish I was able to market my work to people and businesses directly. I do sell some 3d assets online, but the money I get there is basically allowance... I have no idea where to find my potential clients. I once invested in setting up a stand at a historic ship conference, with a vr demonstration, trying to sell some visualizations of ships as artworks. Everyone found it really epic, but it was basically me providing a cool free attraction for the conference and paying for it. I think I invested 1k and only made 50 bucks from that back. I didn't even get any network contacts out of it.

Hey man really appreciate the video, definitely some good takeaways bundlr sounds sick. The shopify website needs some work I agree, my main sales channel is Amazon, that acts as my fly wheel and allows me to scale via the FBA system. I still work fulltime so time is my biggest bottle neck. Lots I need to work on haha but I always run out of time, I do have some basic email automation but I need to add more and follow up for reviews, I already have automation for trust pilot and get a healthy amount each week. I was about to start the education side of the business but candle season hit and it is mad, many sales. My goal is at the moment smash the candles, create my own systems, methods and case studies then when its a little bit quiet on the candle side create a mini course with an addon upsell and then offer coaching at some point. It's cool you saw the offer and my other KZbin videos, some good investigatory work ;) Time is really the issue. MRR is also in the back of my mind I think a monthly subscription would work well I've seen it work in a lot of similar businesses. Lots to think about haha so like I said appreciate the effort and glad you found it interesting. I constantly have a list of to dos and slowly get through them, I've been at this for 4 years so far and I know it's a marathon not a sprint but in the next 12 months I'd like this to replace my full time wage. It will happen.

There is a balance between the 'victim' mindset and the 'man-up' mindset. Somewhere in the middle, the personal empowerment lies.
