After 3 weeks... Friend: What is the problem, guy? Guy: I can't beat the yellow monster in MM1... I spend 3 weeks not sleeping. And I struggle with the game at all. I just give up... Friend: HAHAHAHAHAH! HAAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAH! Guy: That is not fun, my immunity go to the hell. Friend: Why you don't call some help? I am going to say a walktrough for you. For no struggle, start with Bomb, after this, Guts-Cut-Elec-Ice-Fire. For Elec, use the Cut thing on the landmines. For pass with the bosses with ease, use the pause glitch, mashing select on the nes. And you defeat the game! Guy: Why you don't saw this for me? Guy: That was not fun! Friend: HAHAHAHAHAH! Guy: Stop laughing!

That little bit about him beating all the games except Rockman 1 implies that he finally defeated Airman and Woodman in Rockman 2. He finally did it, gamers

Just play the Megadrive/Genesis or PSP versions instead...

The Official Song of the NES generation. If you were there, you know. We rage, we scream, we kick, we froth and foam. We may take a break, but we never give up. We roll up our sleeves, and We always return to defeat that which tried to stop us. No sleep until clear.

that wasn't a thing originally in the Japanese version of the lore, at least with the earlier titles. It was only in the west where they were considered siblings.

This brings back so many memories! It took such a long time for me to find in my nostalgic binge-watch for old festive adverts as well, since i couldn't initially remember what they were advertising. Though they seemed to be played less often, I remember preferring the boy singers somewhat more, if only because I was somewhat mesmerised by the dancing when I was younger, but I did admire the girls' ones too, because they played their own music during theirs. A product of its time, I think, because if they did this now they'd be all over social media and would be famous everywhere before they had grown their first facial hair. It's better that we don't really know who they are, in a way. It means that if ever they get into acting or dancing as adults (which for all I know they have done: they will be adults now) they'll be taken seriously and won't forever be seen as one of "those little children who danced for Gap."

I didn’t even care about the product, but the music has been an ear worm in my head for 20 years. Anything in B-flat gets instantly stuck. I’ve been searching for this commercial, but as I’ve just discovered, I’ve been spelling “clikit” wrong all these years. Thank you for posting!!! I can finally rest now 🤣

Before playing Megaman 2 for the first time, the Airman song made me think he was going to be super hard, only to find out he wasn't very, and is an absolute cakewalk with the Leaf Shield. This whole game however, Rockman1/Megaman1, is absolutely brutal in comparison, especially the Gutsman and Iceman stages for those insane platforming sections. I can relate to this song more than the Airman one.

If you don't have Cutman's blade (and he didn't at the time), it's not easy to tag the moving things on the platforms, and they just keep knocking you off if you don't have the skill to hop back and forth really quickly. Remember, this guy had trouble with airman. :)
