Yeah about the losing weight, I weighed 135 7 years ago at 5 foot 6 inches which was much better for my back pain as well as being able to exercise more, but I was referred to Duke University here in NC for an autoimmune issue in 2017 and was prescribed high doses of Prednisone for 2 months and gained 50 lbs in 1 month, even though I never changed what I was eating or the amount of movement every day I was getting. Nothing changed yet I gained 50 lbs, more than a pound a day! After I stopped the meds I couldn't lose not 1 lb. I am still struggling to lose. Although I was able to lose 25 lbs finally, but that was the extent of it. I hit a wall and can't lose another ounce. My back causes me not to be able to get the needed exercise every day to get my heart rate up, but I did get a recumbent bike and bought s9me books on chair yoga for thise who are older and have bad backs, yet I still can't lose anymore. I hope at least my heart is a little bit healthier, but most of the time I don't feel like I'm healthier. I want to cry every day and just hide myself away because I can't seem to bring myself back from any if the terrible things I did to my mind and body and none of the doctors will even pretend to be interested in helping me find an answer especially about the imbalance in my hormones which I am convinced is the biggest problem I have including it contributing to my heart disease and depression. They look at me I am insane and tell me there is no such diagnosis as adrenal fatigue, or hormone induced hypertension. They may as well tell me they believe I'm mentally insane.

I have also made drastic changes since my heart attack in 2013 and I am still not doing well and it is depressing. I stopped smoking, using caffeine, sugar, processed food, started buying and using organic food and other non food products for skin and hair, removed air fresheners, stopped using plastic, aluminum, stopped using chemical clothes detergents and softeners, shampoos, soaps, dish liquid, on and on and on...I have spent all my money which is bad for me since I am disabled and retired and am unable to restore my income. But it seems my health is not getting much better, unless you count the fact that I am still alive at 62 and if it were not for me making thise changes 11 years ago I would probably be dead. But I am still in constant pain from back injuries and neck injuries, from car crashes and working a job for many years that involved heavy lifting and driving hundreds of miles every day, as well as other health issues due to doctors giving me meds over the last 20 years that I had horrible reactions to and had horrific allergic reactions as well. I am at the end of my rope again, almost as I was 22 years ago when I attempted to take my own life ,thank God I am not at that point today because I believe in God and prayer. But it is more than hard to get up every day when you know you have nothing to look forward to but horrible pain and heart disease and possibly another heart attack or stroke in the near future. I am sorry for all the negative language but I cannot take it much more and I've been researching so long now and don't seem to be able to make it stop.

I have been researching this and other types of medicine for more than 10 years, since I had a heart attack and emergency triple bypass because none if the medical docs have helped me. They all want to prescribe meds for blood pressure which I can't tolerate, meds for depression, and anxiety, which I don't tolerate, and hormones which I refuse to even try or experiment with due to research, but I can't financially afford these functional medicine huys and insurance doesn't cover it, sadly. Why is it always like that for thise of us who are low income and who are suffering the most and in horrific pain day in and day out? I have lost 2 sisters, a father and mother, and a daughter and granddaughter to the medical profession due to incompetence, negligence, unsanitary conditions, and taking meds that were prescribed after they were told we couldn't tolerate them and I do not want to see anymore of them so I guess I will hang around in pain until I pass away, since there is no real help out there for those who are poor financially. It is truly so sad wrong in this country how we are treated by class

Summo Wrestlers eat so much rice they fall into a nap after their meal every day. Blood sugar and insulin surges to causes this. This results in the body fat they accumulate. Most people cannot consume fat in that volume. Americans eat “ junk food “ as a combination of fat and carbohydrates. This makes them obese over time. The paradox is in nature we don’t find the macro ratio of Junk Food.

So where do u get a DNA test, and who interrupts it and cost ect. To know what to do after DNA has been discovered on what to do. And how?

I had my DNA tested and they found one mutation, but I can’t find any information on what to do about it. What good is having the information about our mutations if there’s no guidance or recommendations for what to do about them? It feels like it was a waste of time and money. I got my hopes up that I would receive valuable information about my health, but nope! Sounds like I need to call Kashif for a proper interpretation!

I definitely will not be giving my DNA to random companies that will do bizarre stuff with it and take ownership of information about myself where I have no legal recourse or protection

I wonder how he’s going to handle primal selling medication that he’s endorsing that’s “not for human use” or “for research only”. When they think he’s a real medical doctor and all?
