Well, not anytime soon, I haven't practiced that aspect of the game at all. It is intriguing though.

I usually play as Lightning Wolf, with Level 1 Special Weapon and 2 Options and deliberately stay un-upgraded until the Valley Stage. Gotta keep the rank down somehow. Grazing helps. We _do_ need a No Miss for this game on KZbin. People have managed it with Battle Garegga and Armed Police Batrider, but everyone ignores getting a No Miss on this game.

Yes but it will be very difficult. You will want to avoid picking up too many powerups or shooting too much, because both of those actions increase the game's dynamic difficulty. Basically avoid nearly everything and just kill the bosses.

@@lancecurry7538 depends on your definition of God, me or another good player could probably do it in a few weeks of practice, but there's not much reason to. trying to beat the world record is more interesting.

usually I bomb at the last moment before the chain drops, and I try to avoid hitting certain enemies with the bomb since they give more points if you destroy them with shots or melee

Late, but as long as a bomb explosion is active, the multiplier will not drop. The timer for the multiplier will go down (you can see this in the upper left corner of the screen), but will not hit 0 until the bomb goes away. This combined with the intentional deaths is the key to high scoring in this game.

left-up-left-fire is the combo i think, it plays the chain sounds when on. no idea why this stuff is disabled by default
