Is no doubt about it kyokushin karate is very very incredible and amazing and very unique and very very powerful like no other martial arts it's all about the balance and strengthening your body to become as hard as stealing iron and to become the best warrior with you that you can become it's all about the body mind and spirit and your true inner warrior 🥋🇯🇵💪😉👊🇯🇵🥋

As a sport, kyokushin is the best because there’s a lot less brain damage than other fighting sports. While it still remains tough.

Genuinely transitioned to comedy when the black dude started “fighting” the bear-I expected the next scene to be a man beating the shit out of a tank, then possibly someone performing a kata in the middle of a nuclear explosion, etc

Yes there is karates that are not full contact like GOJU RYO or Shotokan karate most of them aren't full contact but Kyokushin karate is deadly as hell
