The first installment definitely deserves the remake more than silent hill 2. You are first introducd to the bizzare and gruesome outer world with in the first 10mins of the game. Imagine that on the Remake! 👀

I agree, but also I don't want Konami nor anyone to do a remake because most essence, magic would be surely lost no matter how good the remake could be. Everything makes the SH1, even the graphics and the sound. It was lighting in a bottle. You can make a similiar experience, but if you love SH1, well, just play it again! I used to think that better graphics would be nice for all my childhood videogames. But after seeing even the good remakes like RE1, RE2... I realized it's not the same. Plus we have Shattered Memories, the reimagining, for good or worse...

I used to listen to it a lot in Turkey when I was a child. Now I am in Germany and those days will never come again. I still do not understand the lyrics but I am very moved. Music is universal.

Creo que Fumito Ueda considera que cada videojuego es una obra de arte única que no puede ni debe reproducirse o extenderse... Además creo que ya estaba todo bastante explicado y mostrado, supongo que prefirió pasar a otras obras con otros personajes y situaciones. Aunque no lo descartemos, todavía podría hacerlo algún día...
