No disrespect intended. Far from it, but there is no "w" in Hebrew. It's "Anavim". I just looked it up and spelled with Vet instead of a Vav, it means the individual little sacs on a berry. Or grapes. I think the implication is those that together make up something good but seek no individual acclaim.
