I think when it comes to the planning vs spirit led conversation it also comes down to are we including the Lord in our planning. Asking the Lord what He wants to do in the house. Every person playing a part in service, even the congregation. If we all do our part God will do His. I believe that.

Coming from a small church… no bootleg just no resources. I appreciate the insight but I’m not sold on priorities for all small churches. And we don’t buy extra stuff lol. 😅

Rehearsals are learning the songs and the parts of worship. Soundcheck is a run-through and making sure the mics/sound are working.

My 2 🪙🪙 . If you are vulnerable and transparent in the church, judgement and punishment will follow. And if you are the pastor or leadership then watch those tithes and offering go, what the members of the church flea like they'd had a Calton Pearson Experience. So It could be the so call church, or could it be, you just don't want to lose what you have in and from that church that you are willing to live an incongruant life while pretending like it's church hurt. So for the pastors and leadership, so for those in the pews. What's happening to you, is because of you, until you leave. You're not responsible for someone hurting you, no, never‼️, you are accountable once you KNOW. ❤
