I had the pleasure of staying at the Timhotel Tour Eiffel, where I reserved the junior suite, the one junior suite room available at the hotel, which made securing a booking quite difficult. I monitored the website weekly in the lead-up to our vacation, and I distinctly remember that on January 1st, following Christmas and New Year, I was able to select the junior suite. However, it was always fully booked there.

Can you make continuous ferment for after 12 months + 5 years? After you scoop to bottle it will get lesser & lesser so continuous won't disturb an everlasting ferment. What will you do with the rice residue? Cook, compost, etc?

I recommended fermenting for 12 months or you may extend the fermentation period by an additional year and continue testing until you reach the desired outcome before bottling. This approach will help ensure quality and minimize the risk of spoilage. Regarding the rice residue, I dispose of it in my compost or garden soil, as its bitterness and strong flavour make it unsuitable for cooking. I hope this information is helpful!!!

I filmed a video speaking Cantonese Chinese, which is my native language. Aldi is known for offering great deals on quality groceries in the UK 🇬🇧 especially with their recent half-price promotions. I’m definitely tempted to buy fruits and vegetables at half price, even if they’re shorten shelf life, as long as they still look good and taste fresh like they did at full price. If you shop regularly, you can easily assess the quality for yourself. For instance, a small watermelon 🍉 like the video is priced at £2.99 each. How much it cost in Canada 🇨🇦 ?

Yes, that is correct. Earlier today, I mentioned the same thing to my husband. It's true that bigger doesn't always mean better, just like the strawberries we bought recently. The smaller ones were actually sweeter and had a more authentic strawberry flavor. Luckily, all the fruits we purchased that day were fresh and crisp - from the green grapes to the sweet and crunchy cherries. Even with the 50% discount, the taste was still amazing. However, when we bought cherries again after 2 days, they were overripe and the price for the bigger ones had increased to £2.50. They weren't as sweet or crunchy, but they were still acceptable.

Great news! The pan is secure since it's made of stainless steel. I used the white vinegar and baking soda technique and soaked overnight. I planned on using a scrub to complete the cleaning process and record the final outcome, but my husband cleaned it before I woke up, so I missed capturing the final result of the pan.

Usually, when you go to a restaurant as a tourist, the best practice is to get the dish that they're known for. First you find dishes that the country is know for. Then you find restaurants that are voted by locals to make those dishes the best. Ive rarely went wrong following that formula.
