They always put the grim reaper signs much further back in the cave than I expect. My ass would not even be glimpsing that sign without proper cave gear, sorry.

Yeah. He had his natural fight or flight response kick in and he should have remembered his training and stopped, breathed, calmed a brief second, and evaluated that it wasn’t moving and it wasn’t coming towards him and then hopefully he would have realized it was fake. You did a good job trying to keep him calm and not letting him get decompression sickness by blitzing like that.

Kim Sturgis you don’t know what you are missing out on, taking up scuba was the single most exciting and interesting experience in my life (apart from having my children of cause) it’s so relaxing once your in the water and it’s like a whole different world down there, honestly you only have to try it and you’ll be hooked. if your fears are about sharks then you can just stick to fresh water and then your only issues you have to worry about is not diving with someone who is as rubbish at buoyancy control as the guys in this video who are constantly dragging on the bottom and who are more interested in messing with a camera than keeping an eye out for each other, the title says he runs from a shark but most sharks don’t tolerate fresh water and it’s more likely that these idiots simply panicked because they had all that moss tangled up round there feet due to dragging through it the entire time they are down there. stupid divers cost innocent people’s lives, find a reputable dive school trust you instructors and dive buddy and you will never regret learning to dive.. HIGH FIVE TO ALL DIVERS SAFE DIVING AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL ....
