LoL "the first frame is the 64 frame that the canadian forces used, its pretty common. the problem is they are very difficult to get a hold of"... uh... common and rare ??

Hi CP Gear! I've ordered lots from you guys. Love your products, Question though. I wanna run the patrol pouches all the way around the 64 pack. Can I? Or do I need those side loops like on the two sides of the 64 pack? Thank you!

I have a TAS branded 1606 frame and the middle slot for the waist belt (2nd up from bottom) is horizontal not vertical, any ideas on why? I bought the yolk, waist belt and frame as a combo (all the same brand) so it has me a bit puzzled, I can't get the desired height quite right for this reason..
@thespartenkid2 жыл бұрын
I learned WHY 😅 its to tension the hipbelt so the straps are "torqued straighter" under load, thus preventing it from slipping up a quarter of a notch!

I’m not in the military. But I like the quality/ volume/ compartmentalization of the military style packs. I bought a Sharkmouth official “3 day assault pack “ for bushcraft/camping trips. I’d like to eventually buy gear from CP gear to add to my bushcraft gear. I’m just wondering, would the “butt-pack” (not sure if I got the name correct or not) work well enough to carry extra winter gear? Im thinking of extra gloves, hat, possibly neck gator and socks. I just find I can’t fit that stuff in the main pocket of my pack. Unless I’m just not rolling my clothing tight enough.

I have been using the 3 inch version of this system for a couple of years. It is extremely well built. I use it for work and it gets used daily. It’s tossed around in my car, van and rides in the trunk after work. I have had absolutely no problems with this piece if equipment. Whenever I change assignments, I will still use it.

He didn't do the back up video for attaching to Alice pack because it's almost impossible with the padded back on the shoulder straps. The padded hanger on the Alice pack will not slide over the top of the DEI frame because of the straps being in the way. I've search the web tried to research pictures and still haven't figured out how I want to go about this. any FYI would be appreciated.

Once you have the butt pack, or even the patrol pouch, attached to the centre rear, how do you close the lid of the main pack? It seems the lower buckles are now blocked by that centre pouch...? I have one of these and am just trying to figure out what pouches to attach and how...
@berner4 жыл бұрын
What you could do is buy the Molle Compression panel, which goes over the top of the Valise and then put the butt pack on top. I'm looking to do the same too and use the butt pack to stuff a hydration bladder into. I'm hoping it's big enough to fit. Otherwise, I'll just use it for something else.

Thank you for this awesome video! It is a big help. I just have a few questions. Were did you get the CADPAT shoulder straps and waist belt? Did you ever make a video on how to attach the pack to the frame? I cant find a video showing how to attach a FILBE to the 1606 frame(what i have).
