Kia ora Mummas Kitchen! On that stamp 2:47, I done a hospitality class at Dargaville High School and the teacher Mrs Burnett said the metal spoon is more optional than the wooden spoon so the air bubbles doesn't break (exactly how you said it on the video). And it works 😊

I used your fry bread recipe, and the oil trick on the board was AMAZING. I did add 1/2 mug of warm milk and extra sugar after the yeast bubbled. Yum Love your vidoes
