Working with D be a boss or sub-ordinate is definitely difficult...learning this stuff because most of managers or bossess are D's

D type people expect others to match their style of communication..and often when you behave the same way towards them that they act towards others, they can't handle it

Thank you very much for this content; The check sheet for sales people is my take-away from this session, and I am grateful because it is a solution for a problem I have for ~1 year now. The other piece wrt influence is a double edge sword, because in one hand, they are extremely efficient in stakeholders management, but in the other hand it can get sneaky very quickly, with serious impacts on actual delivery/reality... I am still thinking about this: how to involve D people in stakeholders management? Overall, I believe in pulling in the best of people, while pushing out their worst, including me of course. I did subscribe to your channel, took note of your reference, and will pass it on to some selected others :D Thanks again.

It gets worse when we act exact same way to fire back the dominant person later we regret we should have walked away such people. But its so difficult to avoid such people when they are around us from the same team and also lives in the same locality.
