The warranty seems to have changed to the worse. Appearently they ask now for pictures and want you to send them money plus taxes for shipping and stuff. So basically there is no warranty anymore but rather "just buy a new one". Most models are not Made in Canada anymore but in China.

All the made in China remarks on here, yet I have just today ( 03/11/23 ), bought mine in Liverpool, UK and it is made in Canada.

The original owner got old and sold the company a while back. The classic hats are still Canadian made but they shifted new model manufacturing overseas. So you can still find ones made in the original factory.

Just got mine and it is made in China! Still seems well made, but only time will tell. I hear sketchy things on the warranty and i feel for what you pay and being one of its selling points it should be an easy process. Hope i don't need to find out.

Most line cutters will fit on your webbing. If you do want it to be attached to a D-Ring, use a small bolt snap.

Where are you located? I finally achieved my goal of doing a drysuit dive in a swimming pool with a qualified instructor now I am looking to do a drysuit dive in open water Where I have to wear the condom catheter hook it up to the urinal tube inside the drysuit

Hi Jamie. It can be used for paddle boarding, as it’s a great drysuit for any watersports activities. It has latex feet, so recommend wearing wetsuit boots with it.

I mean Alex Tilley was into his 70’s when he sold the company. I wouldn’t call it corporate greed as much as getting old. We can’t work forever. The sale required they keep some of the production in Canada. It wasn’t great, but there was no option for it to continue forever.

Juat got My first Tilley ! ( air flow ) Wish it was the camo instead of tan ( but thats all They had ) . Now , I'll need a cold weather - rain hat ( which one do You recommend )
