Newtown city of west bengal adjoining kolkata (started construction from 2001) is more newer and far better than Bhuwaneswar ... as of kolkata city has ... presently Trump tower like international residential complex whose apparent price much higher than any or most bhuwaneshwar appartment as per 99 acers

(b) SALT LAKE SECTOR - V SEZ /Software Technology Park in Kolkata was set up in 1999 during LEFT FRONT CM Budhadeb Bhattacharjee. (c) TMC CM MAMTA didnot set up any STP /SEZ Software Technology Parks for last last 15 years of rule from 2011-24 . (d) Hindustan Ambassador Car - ceased production in May 2014 during Mamta Rule. (e) NANO Production from Singur was halted in May 2018 by Mamta. Bangalore has a Total of 79 new SEZ and a SEZ in every Metro Station. whereas, .......PART-2....... Bengal has SEZ in Sector V is known as the IT Hub of Kolkata was a Contribution to IT by LEFT GOVT..... Congress had contributed by Setting up SALT LAKE CITY in Kolkata. Bhubaneswar is a more livable City It has lots of greenery. There are no traffic jams in the city. Its public infrastructure is really good. Its MO bus service has been awarded as the best by United Nations. But obviously Kolkata is a much bigger City.
