Could you please help. I have an error message that is showing up after having Intermediate transfer unit out of machine. When I replaced it back into the machine and switched it on, an error message keeps coming up saying 'Error Code E000012-0502' What can this be? Can you tell me what to do?

Plz check laser unit in another machine, if shows same error ,then replace laser unit

These are easily available in India for Rs 500, but don't know about Bangladesh, changing it will solve your problem.
