Something to note is the type of yeast you add determines how much alcohol youd get, so if you add bakers yeast you'd get ~8% alc while if you add wine yeast youll get ~18% alc

For the most part that is true, there are other factors like the amount of sugar that also affect the ABV.

You covered everything in depth which is great. The thing you didnt cover in depth is the beer. Ie why do they put paleo in its name? Beer typically isnt paleo and neither is peanut butter. I think the coffee part of it is brewed locally at dark moon roasters. So there u go. Ok I looked up on their website and the paleo beer isn't paleo as in the eating style, it's dedicated to the local paleontologists

I treated myself to 35 cl Highland Park casque strength. (64,5%) Bcoz I am turning 50. The expression :"Do not throw pearls before swine." Came to mind when I saw this. I drank it like juice, or at least I tried. Straight from the bottle. At a bus stop. (It took me two days to finish, don't worry) I will say this: it is very hurtful for the throat. If you just need sth for to get to the moon, go for Bells blended whisky, 40%, less hurtful.

Well, It is really good stuff. Now, to another matter. I started a small homewbrew. After failing 2/3 times. No need to go into detail. But one thing I discovered: Whether your homebrew is placed particularly dark? Doesn't really matter. Or if it is warmer than normal? Well let's just say, slightly cooler is better. And never, ever add some cold water from the faucet without boiling it. So. Now I am back on track. Avoiding all experimentation. Passing on your recipies to my friends. Bear with me. Stay strong!
