I just bought a Taurus 605. I should have done some research. I was loading it for the first time and the cylinder assembly just fell out. Turns out the yoke screw assembly popped out because it was loose from the factory. If you have one that screw will wiggle loose and it could cost your life. After getting the gun back together and went to the range and after around 50 rounds it was about to come out again.

I don't know why Brownells, Midway, Numrich & others don't sell 8mm sporter barrels, or why 8mm ammo is difficult to find nowadays next to 30-06 there's probably more 8mm mausers in the US than any other caliber except 22lr young guy's at commercial gun shops have never heard of it
