I would check for possible powdery mildew caused by fungus infection, It’s most often found in high humidity areas or areas with a lack of air flow. If not then I would check for cercospora; another type of fungal infection! Hope you can figure this out, having upset plants is the worst!

Thank you!! I looked at photos online of the cercospora, it didn't seem similar, and I didn't see any indications of mildew in the pot or on the plant. What the heck is my plant doin!

LITERALLY!!! It just keeps GROWING! My tomato plants are easier to trellis at this point!

The flower spike will grow towards the sunlight. So turn the plant to get the spike to grow the direction you want it to go.
