I thumbed up soley because of Tadoku graded readers.I'd recommend any grader readers for Japanese you can get your hands on... anything to make it easy to understand

Yes, Mayu had a child. Tamu, too! I don't know about Hazuki or Haraguchi-san, but Tamu and Mayu are moms. Keep your facial tissues handy! This one gets you in the feels.

Love of their children, love of families, love of spouses, love of friendships. The song has so many meanings! Yes Mayu has a son who is about, or has just turned two. It was near the US holiday of Thanksgiving. Coincidence, or Devine intervention.? Tamu’s daughters we’re also in the video as they should be. The later children were produced by AI according to Hazuki-San to look like the younger musicians. It really just proves the dedication these women have to their craft. I’m mean seriously, hard, soft, dueling , or solos. These women are amongst the best in the world. ❤️🌸

Eagerly awaiting my copy of DUX. Yes, TRiDENT are a criminally underrated band, in the west at least. I started a Facebook group for them that has about 25 members, versus the Nemophila group that has about 5000. :/ Something about horses and water... :|

Even if I don't understand Japanese, the first time I heard this song, I immediately felt a strong tug on my heartstrings. Most especially when Suzuka starts singing the chorus. I also love the intense build up before the chorus with the sweet vocals. Plus, I really love how they switch up vocal parts duting the verses. Man, I could imagine how you feel about the song, especially since you're studying Japanese.

That's it. There's just something about it that grabs me right away. The high energy and intensity, the catchiness of the chorus...I love it.

This is also my most favorite AG song, period. It has the perfect balance of chaotic energy and subtle grace AG are very known for.

PassCode is pretty well known in Japan. To the point that the big metal festival organizers will invite them if they are available alongside the likes of Maximum the Hormone, SiM, and Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas. Sure they aren't closing out the day but they are still invited. The reason why they don't seem that popular is just how live houses are run in Japan. In the truly large venues the audience usually has to be pretty chill so no moshing/body surfing. It's why the even truly large metal acts will tend to still do the midsized venues. Internationally they aren't as well known but with Hanabie truly blowing up recently it's a lot easier to get new international PassCode fans. Less jarring to go from Hanabie to PassCode than it is any other 'core style group out there today. Easiest way for me to describe PassCode to an international music fan today is a mix of Babymetal and Hanabie. It's not a perfect comparison due to PassCode doing electronicore and using auto-tune but it's close enough to get the point across. Now if it's an idol fan space than I describe them as alt idol doing electronicore since they'll know what that means. If you really want to get super specific you can always say they are an alt idol group that perform picorimo since that's technically what the Japanese call their genre of music.

Easiest way to describe Passcode is they're female idol version of Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas
@death3470Күн бұрын
BABYMETAL and PassCode are completely different. They are both in the "idol" category, but their lineup, musicality, and style are different. We shouldn't say things that could cause misunderstandings. Their fan bases are also different. I also think that the most appropriate way to describe them is as a female version of Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas.

It's funny you mention FALILV but then describe Passcode as mix of babymetal and hanabie, your second paragraph is too far beyond "easiest way"
@ckiemnstr34517 сағат бұрын
@@pepperronnie8386 Do people in the West really know who Fear, and Loathing actually is? Most of them don't and don't care to know. More people know who Babymetal and Hanabie are. That's why it's the easiest way.

What's the problem? Isn't that Japanese? Isn't it a MV of a Japanese singer expressing Japanese themselves? Is Green Apple trying to let you know that Columbus dragged the Japanese when he landed on the American continent? lol Aren't those monkeys out there expressing Japanese? Are they trying to insist that the monkeys found the continental America continent in that way? The Japanese stole the Columbus ship and went to the American continent.. lol Does self-deprecation matter?
