@@RS1988-g9x Thanks Love! Always love hearing from you. I will say that after three years on this mindbody journey and not seeing the results I’ve been looking for yet, I think I know why. I’ve been doing all this internal work, but I hadn’t made the external changes that I needed to make - like setting real boundaries, communicating my needs, and leaving certain environments. I’m slowly making those changes now and they are making a big difference.

@ It’s hard isn’t it trying to figure out what is the missing piece to our recovery. Same i’m 4.5 years in to chronic dizziness and a few other stuff and mind u i reckon im at 70% recovery but i know there’s still work to do be done and changes to be made to get me to 100%. It’s the hardest thing we’ll ever do but gosh it has taught me so many life lesson and growth and wisdom i can pass down to my kids and anyone that needs it and seeks it 🙌🏼 all this crap had to come up and getting chronic illness was the only way we would of done this work.

Case Study (in written form 📝): ❥ What would you like? ⦿ I would like to be healthy. ❥ What will having that do for you? ⦿ I would be free to do whatever I want. ❥ What will having that do for you? ⦿ My life would feel more vibrant and fun. ❥ What will having that do for you? ⦿ I would wake up every morning so grateful and happy to be alive. ❥ What will having that do for you? ⦿ Then my life would be worth living. ⭐ Result: What this person *really* wants is to feel like their life has worth. The limiting core belief that currently drives their thoughts, behaviors, and actions is that they are not worthy. 🦠 But this isn't true and this is what is holding this person back. To move forward, this person needs to step into the TRUTH that they are worthy simply because they exist. 🩵 Let me know how the questions land for you. Write your little heart out!

I know having children are very big responsibility. Sometimes it make you burn out. There is many ways can help you for getting away from all those stress. I am not a therapist. You can leave your children with someone that you trust like neighbors, friends, relatives or your parents, then you can go seating or walking by yourself at the park. Go having lunch with friends for a few hour. Or go shopping or you and your husband to see movies. Or you and your husband take mini vacation on weekends or you and your friends take mini vacation. I hope these help...

There is. I believe there is a shift happening in macro level perception for all of us. Maybe its something along that whole forthcoming age shift ideology. The whole world is tense, time seems to be accelerating, and I think it will dramatically uproot the modus vivendi of our current culture. I think it will get worse before it gets better. Kinda like the tribulation before the kingdom arises, though I am not at ALL christian. Dramatic, I know. Been feeling it for years, though I think it is all on a cyclical timeline and we have been through this before as things naturally undulate or rather expand and recede. These are just the only words I have at my disposal to explain how it FEELS to me. But, what do I know.
@liannevalle24 күн бұрын
I absolutely resonate with this!! Only recently have I been able to say that I am successfully learning how to detach from what I am somatically experiencing with chronic illness, in order to look at the bigger picture -- that life itself is calling us and challenging us to purge, introspect, pivot, and transform. Become new. And yes, I think this is cyclical also. In many ways, we are reverting and moving forward -- allowing ancient wisdom to emerge after years and years of suppression and repression. It is undeniable what is happening at the macro level, as you said.

Thank you for sharing this. I also have chronic conditions and so do some family. When the result came from this election I got so scared that a stress migraine set in. So you are right that with chronic health challenges getting too caught up in it all isn't going to help us. I'm learning that it's okay to prepare the best that we can and then I just have to let it be. Like you have shared there is still everyday stuff that needs to be done either way. There are still leaves to rake, a yard to mow, old clothes that don't fit that need to be gone through, and the like. And none of those things change no matter which way this would have went. Sure it's not the outcome that I think would've given me and others more opportunities to get where we're going with a bit more ease. But if that path is meant to be for us we'll still get there it just might take a bit more maneuvering to get there. Plus we never really know from day to day what will actually happen. Over my lifetime I've seen lots of promises made by legislators and even if half of them came true we'd be driving Jetson's cars through the sky, paying $1 a gallon for gas right now, have healthier food for everyone, and right's would be rights not just privileges that can be taken away on a whim. So someone saying they'll do something isn't the same as them actually doing it. Over the last few years I've been thinking about how much people do within their own communities that is really far removed from the federal government. Local community gardens and farmers markets have started to be where a lot of people get their food. So I get what you're saying. And I've kinda been of the mindset that the whole time he's been meeting with leaders and playing president anyway. So if we just coast through 4 years of his nonsense then after that at least he can't run for president again. Is it horrible to think like that? Cause I'm just tired of it. Thanks again for doing this video, it adds perspective.

Wow LadyJane! Thank you so much for sharing your insight. I really appreciate it. This is a great take, and it is people like you who I want to connect with - those who are heeding the call to emotional maturity in light of unfavorable or favorable circumstances. We need to get to a place where, no matter what is happening, we can remain steadfast, rational, and choose our actions from a place of full responsibility. Imagine if our collective country put all our energy into this response instead of turning on each other and fighting. Things would be far different. I am hopeful though. I've noticed that people, generally, are being a bit more introspective this time than previous elections. I have hope that things will get better even if things feel a bit messy right now. Wishing you all the love!

I'm not doing anything external -- no special diets, targeted supplements, meditate, external protocols. My main focus in the last few years has been rewiring my brain out of doing illness and creating the life that I actually want. It's been slow and gradual but deeply profound because I'm starting to get to know myself and tend to myself and my needs for probably the first time in my life. Changing the way you view, experience, and show up in life -- getting into more rapport with yourself -- takes time. ♥
