I'm pretty sure Johnny has a speaker connected somewhere. Like imagine you are one punch away from killing him, as you are about to throw the final jab Johnny goes from visibly dying to breakdancing. Out of nowhere you just here "bluetooth device connected" and when you turn back to Johnny he caves your ribs in with a camera.

They will do anything to keep you around if you’re useful to them, even if that means trying to make you feel safe manipulation & deception. That’s why I stay away from most people, let this be a lesson to anyone who thinks sombra is actually being nice & to sigma.

She's definitely has a soft spot for sigma there's not much she gets from being nice to sigma the only thing that comes to mind is if she was to leave talon and the two pursue other goals which seems unlikely you might say she wants him to trust talon more but that doesn't make sense since she's not always thinking in the interest of talon as shown in the cinematic where she betrays talon she also expressed concern about sigma when not directly talking to him Sombra: You and jefes need to stop frying sigma's brain! Moira: I'm trying to help your little friend. Sombra: *scoff* And yourself. Moira: Yes, let's discuss morality. And hypocrisy, while we're at it. The manipulation and deception is from the rest of talon not sombra

Everyone needs to remember that while Doomfist is what WE deem a terrorist; he does not see it that way. He sees himself as a savior doing what must be done. “Wake. Him. Up.” is Doom’s way of telling Hanzo to take charge of his own destiny. It’s pretty much him saying “Free yourself. You might have been wrong in the past but you can be right in the future.” in a simpler, less archaic way.
