Dr. SIPO your poem was a reflection of what I was going through. I decided to let God use my heart by training to officially become a Deacon. In my mind, I am of the opinion that I have been doing the things according to I Timothy 3: 8-13. There is an old saying "you can run but you cannot hide." And yes, Dr. SIPO if you can get out of bed and put your shoes on, that is our Thanksgiving! May God continue to Bless your ministry.

Man must pray to God to remove all hurtles that will cause them to be stressed or depressed. One can get depressed by self imposed actions. The Serenity Prayer of bring comfort to those confronted with depression.
