The flag is backwards, the stars are meant to all point to drivers side not passengers. And that other comment about the wrong push bar isn't correct. They used 2 different sized push bars and this one is the correct smaller one, the other guy is thinking of the longer one. Just depends on your preference, but the small one doesn't block the headlights and the Charger emblem, especially when its an R/T.

" I know we are orbiting Delta Vega, captain, I don't want to go down there, I don't know what kind of world I'd want to USE." With that attitude , Kirk had no choice but to forget friendship and listen to Spock's warning instead. Of all the episodes this one is my personal favorite.

The 2nd pilot was creepy, And the series had a tone of sombre solitude and mysterious, very serious, because Gene was fully on his game. After a dozen episodes when he started to step back a big from running every facet, the sombre quality diminish slightly, not that I didnt love what came later. This little vignette has that quality. Space is a scary and creepy place.

Gary Mitchell should have been the entity in star trek V the final frontier, gone beyond the physical need for a human body but still trapped waiting to escape, running in to Kirk and the enterprise again

How did Starfleet reform mitchell?, according to Kirk's log at the end he stated that Mitchell , and Dehner were lost in action. How could Starfleet believe those two were killed on an uninhabited planet?. Unless the action at the galactic barrier did it.Kirk wanted their deaths a secret. My favorite line is when Kirk informs Spock " There's not a soul on that planet, even the ore ships call once every twenty years." So how did Starfleet find Mitchell there?

i have never found it feasible that a superhuman mutant like Mitchell could be killed by a very big rock.
@johnbockelie38992 жыл бұрын
Well, Gary Mitchell had those powers, but inside he was still human. His frailty was thinking he was a god.Kirk caught him off guard with that phaser rifle shot to that overhanging giant rock. When Mitchell was buried, both the tombstone and rock fell on him. All I ever thought was right after Kirk beamed back to the ship, Gary got out of that hole. After all when he was in sick Bay he turned himself off and was dead in front of Elizabeth. Then he sprung back alive again, laughing at her.So, ....he " Faked" his death but he was really dead. It was Kirk's log, and Section 31 that found him.
