@ had it checked out and everything was in place and didn’t show any measurable ware. I have a portable saw mill and doing my own logging on some rough ground at my age not too smart I just have to keep going 🙏🤔

My cast is white. I do not care about the color. When my girlfriend had broken her arm, she first got a white cast on. Later a blue and finally a pink.

And over her leggings too, how’s she gonna get undressed? I kid, I’m aware that this a tutorial. Though I do want to point out that he should have used Stockinette than padding and fold the Stockinette over the first layer at the top and bottom to create a clean look and keep the padding from fraying as well as protecting the patient from rough edges of fiberglass at the top and at the toes! I had a cast applied on my arm years ago without Stockinette and had to get it remade after a week cause the padding was breaking down around my thumb and palm area as well as shears edge above my elbow

Hi Erin- Thank you for watching our videos and for the suggestion! We'll work on a video soon. In the meantime, an ankle or short leg cast would be a similar process to what's in this video. When doing a leg cast it is important to make sure the foot is in a neutral position, about 90 degrees at the ankle. Also to protect her toes should you do a toe plate or would a cast shoe should be helpful to the patient? Like for the arm cast should be patient be able to wiggle all her five toes? Thank you
