Godbless in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. We have all fallen short of the Glory of God (Romans 3:23). We have all sinned and deserve eternal punishment in hell, we have lied, said bad things, stole, and many more. We have broken God's perfect law, and subject to eternal punishment. But God so loved the world that He sent His only Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16). The Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and rose again on the third day defeating sin and death, and through this, with a sincere heart we can be forgiven of our sins if we ask God in the Lord Jesus' name. We are made by God, and because of our sin, sent His Son Jesus Christ as atonement for our sins, and by the Holy Spirit, applies to us salvation in order to unite us with Christ. We must believe the Holy Trinity, three persons in one being. The Lord Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, offers salvation, we can receive this, if we repent and turn away from our sins and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, that He died on the cross for our sins and rose again on the third day, confess that He is Lord and Savior, and be baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I bring this Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ to you, but the decision is all up to you. Hear the voice of the Lord calling you back to Him. And as we make that decision, return to the one true Holy and Apostolic church He founded, the Catholic Church, for outside Christ and His Church, there is no salvation. “And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” (Matt. 16:14-19.) St. Peter is the first pope, therefore the Catholic Church is founded by the Lord Jesus Himself. There we can be baptized for the Lord Jesus said in Matthew 28:19-20 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” and recieve the Holy Eucharist for he says in John 6:53-54 "Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. [54] Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day." It is the true and literal Body and Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ and it gives and ensures us eternal life and communes us with Him and His Church. He is present with us in the Eucharist, in body, blood, soul, and divinity. We must also be obedient to Christ's and His Church's teachings, and remain in communion until death. Glory be to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Why can't we just do the bacteria experiment on the sterile petri dish? Why do we need this agar stuff? I want to check my neighborhood bar for bacteria, cleanliness - offer to clean and disinfect them on weekend nights.
@brianabananaslava
@brianabananaslava 5 ай бұрын
The agar allows you to grow the bacteria, it acts as a growth environment and food source for the bacteria. If you just had a plain, empty dish, nothing would happen.

Thanks. I want to check bacteria germs in some kitchens, bathrooms in my Co-OP building and a neighborhood bar across the street. I don't have an "incubator" but you said it was more about a warm ~ 90 F dry place. That should be something I could do, how about an oven? Another question, can I sterilize the Q Tip with just bowling water, then putting the Q tip to dry then in to a plastic bag? Thanks Jaye Left behind in Chicago

hi do you think osmosis occurred
@user-xi5el1pc1c
@user-xi5el1pc1c 3 ай бұрын
Yes, that is exactly what you are seeing going on after he placed the bag into the solution of iodine. Osmosis is just the word that means "diffusion (in this case, water going in) across a semipermeable membrane (dialysis bag)". Diffusion across a semipermeable membrane always goes from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration. I hope this helps.

I love your methods! The UV light thing got me thinking. Could I put an Agar petri dish in a UVC chamber (I have one for erasable microchips) with the lid on to kill anything that's in the dish before using it? It might be overkill but I too do not have a big budget and would like to do my best to act clean.
