I had divine intervention when the Holy Spirit saved me from a murderer/rapest in a park. When I told my Jehovahs Witness mother, she said, "The devil saved you from the rapest." I said the devil sent the rapest. He didn't then save me from him. She had determined me to be an apostate. In her mind, I could never be in God's favor. I shudder to think where she is now that she's passed.

In order to have everlasting life you absolutely must trust in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation ❣️ this means that saving repentance is turning from unbelief to belief. You either believe that Jesus paid your sin debt in full or you don't.

We don't celebrate the worldly tradition of Christmas like Santa Claus elf on the shelf or the Grinch but Christmas represents Joy Peace and hope. Those are all fruits of the Holy Spirit. If you don't believe in celebrating Christmas that's your choice but I do celebrate Christmas and will continue to celebrate Christmas. If celebrating Christmas was a sin God would tell me but it's not a sin to celebrate Christmas. You can't have Christmas without Christ

@ChristopherAntiDumbass well you have the right to have an opinion, but you should really reconsider your answer because why would God not want us to celebrate the birth of His Son Jesus? Yes, we are to celebrate Him every day of the year but why is it that people don't have a problem celebrating Thanksgiving or New Years or Valentines Day or even Halloween but when it comes to Christmas and Easter, people have a fit over celebrating those days. Do you or have you ever celebrated your own birthday? Then why wouldn't you celebrate the birth of our Lord and Saviour especially around Christmas time? That just makes no sense to me. I do not believe that the God I served will hate us celebrating His Son's birth. That's something the devil will do but not God. We are to glorify God in all we do no matter what day of year it is. Paul wrote in Colossians not to let anyone judge us on what we eat, drink or what festival we celebrate. You can find this in Colossians 2:16. Paul also addresses in Romans 14:5 that one person considers one day more sacred than another, while another person considers every day alike. So, if you don't want to celebrate Christmas, you don't have to. But don't judge someone else because they choose to Celebrate the LORD's Birth at Christmas time. Yes, it is possibly true that Christ wasn't born on Christmas day but who cares when He was born. The fact that He was born is what matters. @@jakekostogiannis I'm in the same boat as you. I myself struggle with sin and I try to live a godly life. But God looks at our hearts. He knows how much we truly loved him and want to do what is right. God's grace is bigger than our mistakes. God still loves you. He will still forgive you if you repent sincerely. Nothing you can do can take away God's love and grace from you.
