If you are making a video about a horrible accident, at least have the respect to make sure the AI voice is being accurate.

Why is there concrete fence at the end of runway? Why no landing gear?

I think that the front landing gear was broken or wire disconnection

This was fantastic, actually, despite the AI voice. Cannot believe United bought it so late in its service life.

Pitching up is for wimps. REAL pilots use the curvature of the Earth to gain altitude.

This is a classic movie. When it came out, I was 12, and I remember the 707 in service. It was one of my favourite aircraft along with the VC-10. ✈

Something doesn’t add up here. I was aware of one circa 1987 that was sold at a Portland, OR auction. It ended up in Forks, WA flying cedar blocks out of the forest. In short order, it crashed during some sort of mishap during a tuneup and crashed into a schoolyard in Forks

bad that they rebuild original heli back to rescue heli and some day he crashed and was destroyed, they should use him after series and put at museum for movie vehicles, same for a original kitt car or a-team van..

I always thought it was a cool concept idea but helicopter blades but the reality is that helicopter blades prevent both stealth and high speed flights. The blades make too much noise for stealth and would crack and shatter under mach 1. Even if you managed to hide the blades during a jet type flight the engine would be too massive to fit as to make it impractical which is why they build harrier jets instead and went the armored route of the comanche and viper routes. Still it was a cool fantasy and I LOVED the show growing up! To think it died doing a real life rescue mission is pretty cool IMHO. I do feel sad knowing its gone and that pilots lost their life though.

Remember during the Vietnam war I was a crew chief on C-141A Star Lifter. That ground crew air craft mechanic changing out that tire made me remember we where told not to change a tire until 7 layers of cord were showing. We actually where running out of tires. There are what is called brake fuses in the hydraulic lines to the brakes that would shut the pressure off to individual brakes when it had flowed 60 cubic inches of fluid, we replaced them with 100 cubic inch ones because we had no more new brakes. Wore them down almost paper thin. There were planes set aside that we took parts off the keep others flying. Then after so many parts were removed some of us were assigned to a plane to put it back together again. That led to some scary first flights which I flew on and received hazardous duty flight pay. Just a little insight to what we did during the war. A4's were and still are a great airplane. The sky scooters of the war.

Please just read the script instead of feeding into a voice-to-text program. It is incredibly awkward sounding and distracting.
