BS! What good is 1 square meter of grass? If you try to create more than 1 square meter of grass Blender crashes every time. What’s the F’ing point?

i must agree that this way is not fit for large scale scenens and more fit for small places in order to highlight a render.

I know this is an old video but ive some recent-ish replies so i figured id give it a shot. Im on the 0:28 second mark and when you tell us to select the points and move them up i press G and move the points but my entire model moves and warps upward i have proportional editing enabled so im not sure what my issue is.

you answered your own question. Your Proportional editing "circle" is probably so big it covers thr whole modell. Try scaling it down with your mouse wheel. Also I read all comments ;)

This is awesome, thank you so much. A lot of the other ways of doing outlines (i.e., solidify modifiers and backface culling) are useful but don't always work right. This method is excellent and is helping me render out some comic scenes!

I've followed all the steps but i cant seem to get the foam to work, when i adjust it, it just looks like I'm transitioning from blue to white, no foam

@@1minuteblender When I increase the foam amount, over dispersing it evenly, it's a white fade, this is a very common problem with the ocean modifier, I don't think its your fault but rather different builds
