The scourge of rural peace and quiet (may as well stay in the city with this crap going on so often). Dirt bikes need to focus on battery power ASAP.

New to dirt riding and really want to ride Downieville area. Super comfortable on a mountain bike, but on a 250lb dirt bike, my asshole would be fully puckered on all that exposure.
@allenbissell13862 жыл бұрын
Get out there! If you start at Packer saddle there's tons of loops with minimal exposure!

I can't wait to get one! You can go so many places I can't with the rhino! Cool video

This is Bear valley off Hwy 4 Calif right? Looks great! Does the village have a shuttle to take you back to the resort and get your truck?
@allenbissell13862 жыл бұрын
Correct! You can either take a trail that ends back at the ski area lodge, or there’s a shuttle from the bear valley village area that takes you back up to the ski area. Same setup as winter!

@@allenbissell1386 Sweet, likely going Satudrday. We ride all the chunky stuff off Pine crest peak and adjacent trails. Is the backside to village as develped with berms like in this vid? Thanks!!
@allenbissell13862 жыл бұрын
@@cragginshred nice! We ride dirt bikes by pinecrest! The stuff down to the village is more raw, forest trail. Would highly recommend pedal friendly bikes. Be sure to ride the rings trail. They’re supposed to open a new trail on the mountain this weekend as well.

@@allenbissell1386 Also gotta say we built those jumps and the drop at the top wayyy too small, but I don't make the final decisions

@@SenyaLikesToSki yeah the lips have a lot of pop for the distance. A lot of times beginners do better on longer slacker tables where they can fit their whole bike on the flat top. The ones between cub and super cub in the trees are fun!
@SenyaLikesToSki2 жыл бұрын
@@allenbissell1386 the ones in the trees by cub are fun cause solely I shaped them 😂

I think it's the unwritten rule not to name the spot where you are riding. Keeps spots like this hidden for as long as possible. Good video tho! See u out there.

@@mikeo3589 we rode all the trails to the resort a couple times each, and did one full run down to town with the bus shuttle.
