VO:ICE Fitness & Wellbeing Academy
VO:ICE Fitness and Wellbeing Academy established by Louise Walden-Edwards. Offering an online, virtual, off ice solution for figure skaters and non-skaters.
Louise is a former Ice Skating Champion, "The Micro Mummy", Eurosport Commentator, British Ice Skating Figure Skating Coach and CIMSPA Personal Training Practitioner. Louise created VO:ICE Academy to provide a positive, discrete, inclusive, friendly, non-judgemental and productive environment. Above all, we aim to provide every student with the skills, knowledge, tools and confidence to thrive, be the best they can be and “Shout Your True Potential”.
Here at VO:ICE without a doubt, we welcome EVERYONE who wishes to better themselves. Whether that be on or off the ice and outside of the rink or the gym. We welcome elite athletes to beginners, similarly from weight loss clients to those who lack confidence to make a change. Let us support you though your Ice, Fitness and/or Wellbeing journey.
