location is good, even building is ok, layout. and even price is fear market value, but interior design, wtf... old-school. You buy villa and start with full renovation!!! These floors, tails and red wood mix - it is incredible hard to make it, but completely unnecessary, only tiles 100%, and so on. Furniture in bedrooms - garbage. Cyprus stuck in 1970`...

Better ways to soend 2.7 million euros plus vat, hemmed into a housing development. Fine of you want to wash some cash and gain immediate citizenship. Lets be honest, cyprus is one great big laundry

@@DS-fo4ed thank you for your comment, however we would like to correct the immediate citizenship point, as this option is no longer available and hasn’t been for the last couple of years. More over even with owning property of a high value in Cyprus you won’t be granted citizenship unless you live on the island for at least 5-7 years ( cases differ) and pass an exam for being proficient in Greek language. Therefore the claim of cash laundry and citizenship is not fair. You are of course entitled to your opinion.

@@sellingcyprus a lot of people from Israel coming over and buying villa and settling. They can’t all be Greek speakers. Plus if you stay for 2 months of the year you get Cypriot tax residency and 12.5% tax. Still a big laundry though. Thanks for the video well presented

Cyprus is generally over priced and properties have small plot sizes compared to somewhere like Spain. This is due to planning restrictions on the amount of square meterage you can develop on a plot. Too restrictive in my opinion . Design wise, the cypriots are always 10 years behind the Europeans. And whatever you do, don't buy without a set of deeds and get 2 lawyers on the job.

As for the design the developer works with each client and follows their personal preferences. We all have different taste, but it’s up to the owner to decide what they want their home to look like 🙂

All that glass in summers of 45 degree heat. You will need 24 hour AC Also these are basically concrete boxes and, though dressed up with gadgets, are cheap looking.

@@redbird9658 sorry you feel this way. In Paphos we don’t have temperature of 45 degrees. Average high is 33-35 degrees, but yes, people tend to use air conditioners more on summer. And what for you is a concrete box for someone else would be modern architecture.

Если честно безвкусно и бесполезно используемая площадь, странный бездушный дизайн за исключением пары моментов... Бессмысленная пустая веранда, нет ничего за что глаз бы зацепился, ни джакузи ни ванной, нифига... Как обычно, скорее всего с шумо изоляцией беда типично для Кипра и когда кто-то будет наверху или снизу на этой дурацкой веранде устраивать посиделки... и все это за такую безумную цену... Никакого ультра лакшери тут нет даже близко, только вид с высоты... За эти деньги можно купить 4 огромных потрясающих дома на Кипре не говоря уже о более простых 15 "домиках" по 600+к...

No Cypriots can afford this monstrosity. This was build for Israeli, Russian and Chinese investors to buy a passport from Cyprus. Build houses for cypriots that are forced to move out from the city because of the astronomical prices

It is sad you feel this way. These buildings represent progress and new possibilities for Cypriot people with the new infrastructure and investments. There are plenty of options for any budget in Limassol as well as other cities in Cyprus, your comment is rather unfair, but you are of course entitled to your opinion.

Cyprus is the only med country that gets away with so called luxury Villas that are just square boxes with the tiniest windows and the cheapest, absurd kitchens and the very basic cheapest decor, tiles kitchens etc. No style whatsoever, all you have to do is go to places like Spain to see what really luxurious VIllas are supposed to be. The staircases make me laugh, same with the kitchens, that ridiculous island is absurd. "Overwhelmed by the space" she says, are you serious?

This villa was custom made to the client’s wishes and preferences so your comment is rather personal criticism to someone else’s taste. Spain has top class villas and style. I regret to say Cyprus is easily 30 years behind the others. I own property in Paphos and I despair when I see crap design. There's no excuse for it

Finally they have started building nice houses in Cyprus. They really need to think more about garage space. and parking, asking your friends to park their expensive cars on the road if they come to stay is just not good.

I cannot beive me ears and eyes, Cypriots are the only guys that live in cloud cuckoo land. 1.5 million starting price for this cheaply built, tiny kitchen and the first toilet is a joke, the size is ludicrous. Cypriots have no idea what a 1.5 million house should look like. It really is a joke. There is not even any cornices, wow. Just four walls tiniest and cheapest windows, cheapest kitchen units ect ect. How they get away with it amazes me, however if people purchase these properties I guess they will continue building these.

The house is very nice and its even got a real garage which in cyprus is rare. My big problem is putting a €2.7m house into a cheap looking housing estate layout, looks really bad.

Sorry to read that this is how you feel. It’s only a matter of time when Paphos will start getting more and more high rise buildings and of course the prime locations will probably be the first to have them. Everyone has their own preferences though.

Местоположение конечно диктует цену. Виллы на Палм Джумейре ( тоже довольно традиционного дизайна) стоят сегодня до €70 миллионов.

@@sellingcyprus за 10-12 миллионов долларов можно намного круче дом купить в Дубае почти на первой линии. Но лично я бы выбрал жизнь на Кипре нежели в пустыне. Именно поэтому очень жаль, что девелоперы Кипра еще только начинают делать интересные вещи (типа Minthis)

@@subsky2012 мы сами переехали из Дубая на Кипр несколько месяцев назад, поэтому прекрасно осведомлены о ценах на недвижимость и там и там. В любом случае если есть спрос, будет и предложение .
