This is an old song, written around the same time as We Are Not What We Say We Are! If you like that song listen to "Ocean of Storms", on the new album, or "Sea of Vapours" from the last album - they are post rock instrumentals in a similar style.

If you ever wonder what the meaning of catharsys is, just listen to this song. Because then you will understand how every emotions are connected together. How sadness can trigger hapiness. How melancoly triggers haste for new things. You can feel it vibe in the deepest part of your heart. The music. Your breathing starts to merge with the rythm, until they make one. I think anyone is capable to relate parts of their life to every steps in this song, and that's how your recognize a masterpiece when your hear one.
