Hi José. It is a permanent crawler track combined with a RC buggy track. It is a private place owned by Crawler Club Euregio. It has been build and extended over the last 6 years. You can run it both ways and it is around 5km of crawler track now. Located in Hengelo in The Netherlands.

One of the best ever Tamiya kits in my opinion with lots of cool metal parts. It looks so realistic, especially with the better front bumper. I have a few Tamiya buggies myself including two Buggy Champs and an original vintage Holiday Buggy. Can't decide whether to pick up a re-re Fighting Buggy or the new BBX.

lol thats a VERY specific type of wheel. not to many of those to choose from not that anybody would cause they look like complete shit. most beadlocks work very different with actual beadlock rings. also that "ring" your using is called a washer, i know it might be confusing and doesnt make any sense. also would be a lot easier with a wing nut

You mean of the Pit crew? The heads are Tamiya Wild Willy heads. The bodies are action figures of the Osbourne family. (Ozzy Osbourne). There are several, but the Jack Osbourne action figure is used the most. Best way to find them is on Ebay as they were sold back in 2006 or so as merchandise. You can find some more information and photos in my Tamiyaclub showroom. www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=129540 Or do a Google search for "tamiya wild willy pit crew". www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=129540

@@cesco_rc Thanks! I have an old RC10 buggy with several bodies. I have quite an assortment of old , but complete RS4 HPI Rally cars 1/10th with lots of bodies, and one 1/8th, Nitro. I also have an old HPI 5B Gas Buggy with extra lexan body and an assortment of other old cars and trucks (Traxxas) with lexan bodies. Most are in quite good condition, but some could be repainted. Some are beaten up. I think I still have some old Tamiya Hardbody F150 and VW SandScorcher bodies from the early 1980's. If I still have the bodies, (I saw one of them recently) I don't have the chassis as complete models anymore. I built my first boat with my Granddad in the mid to late 70's. It was a wooden Dumas Trojan 31" with twin motors and esc's. Unfortunately, I don't have that boat now. I built my first kit car after the boat. It was a Team Associated with fiberglass chassis, no suspension and foam tires and used NiCads and a mechanical ESC. I can't remember what model it was, but the kit was $112, (without radio etc), that I bought with money I saved while working during that summer. It was super fast for the day! No one in our area had anything like it. As a kid, I always liked tinkering on stuff, like adding wiring for LED tail lights and pen light headlights to a hardbody RC. My adult neighbors were always impressed and wondered how I learned. I don't know, I just wanted it a certain way and read how to do stuff and tried. My grandfather was always supportive and encouraged me by believing in me. I got out of RC, just before getting married, but got back into it about 10 years later in the mid 90's when our kids were little. I've built cars, boats, planes, and a large nitro helicopter back in the late 1990's. The kids and I ran a lot of cars and boats often, while they were young. My son and I flew some small planes too. It was great fun. We had dog fights with paper ribbons tied to our tails. It didn't affect the flying. The kids are grown and happily married now. I still have most of that stuff in the attic. It's nostolgic to me. I have my sons and daughers first cars that we built together, (our daughters car still looks new, she was very careful with it.) and some of their Traxxas trucks, stuff like that. It's amazing how much accumilates over the years...It's a ton of stuff, but it was a gradual build up. I got away from RC again about when they were in their teens, for at least a decade, during that time I did fly planes a few times, and ran the Gas buggy only a few times over the years. I got back into RC after Covid hit., I pulled out rc stuff from the attic and repaired a few things like old stripped servo gears and upgraded some battery connectors and esc's to run Smart Lipo's in stuff like the RC10 that I had the Aviox brushles motor and ESC (1995?) It still runs like new. I've always liked to make my vehicles as scale as I reasonably can, but I like to drive more than anything. My favorite to drive fast is a Losi SBR 2.0 on 8S. I've run many cycles with it. I looked at my battery cycles today and the 4S's had 185-190+ cycles on them. They still work fine!. I ran the SBR2.0 today with a friend, let him drive it too. I love how the suspension works and the challenge this truck takes to keep it upright. It rolls and flips fairly easily at speed if you're not staying ahead of it. That's why I like it, because it is more challenging and looks cool during the weight transfers. I just recently got my first trail type RC, an SCX6 and I'm mostly going for scale looks, not speed at all. I added even lower gearing, some brass accesories down low to help lower CG, to help compensate for higher CG things like a metal roof rack with dual light bars, that I installed and other scale accessories. I detailed the interior, painting everything, and put a more scale detailed head on the driver... I'm happy with it so far. I really like the scale look of your models. Frank, I appologize for this being so long lol.

They are all good in their own way. Redcat Gen8 main adventage are portals. That thing is almost too easy to drive. Solid chassis. Bit on the heavy side, but does not need much upgrades. Only downside if you live outside of the US is that several distribitors stopped importing Redcat. I live in Europe and parts are no longer available and expansive with added shipping and customs cost to order from the US. Tires need breaking in and benefit from better foams. The SCX10 II is a solid chassis that a lot of people have. The Cherokee XJ kit version that I have is definatly the best SXC10 II version in terms of what you get in the kit vs some other versions. Not a fan of the standard shocks. Standard tires are ok, but better tires and foams will help performance. Since this video I upgraded the shocks to TRX4 Sport shocks and springs and that was a big improvement. I also added BoomRacing overdrive to the front axle and it crawls so much better now. Body is now replaced by the same XJ body in same Overland style in a silver color. But I now also use a Sky RC corner weight scale systeem to setup my chassis and body builds better. Also updated the tires to Proline KM3s. For this SCX10 II some better weight distribution, better shocks, better tires and foams and the added overdrive really made this chassis go to the next level. Availibility of original parts can be diffecult in several parts of the world. For me living in Europe distribution of Axial is not as good as Element RC but way better as Redcat nowedays. Which is kinda of a big deal for me time and cost wise. I regarly have to order parts from the US because original parts are not available in Europe. Last but not least the Element RC Enduro Sendero. This is my favorite chassis out of the box. It is closest to a SCX10 II chassis. But Element did such a good job on the one. Overdrive options right out of the box and 3 setups you can choose from. Tires are pretty decent and I only added some Crazy Crawler foams. Loads of TRX4 and SCX10 II aftermarket stuff fits. Plus nowadays there is a huge aftermarket support for Element RC. Weight distribution is best right out of the box comparing to most RTR and kit crawlers/scalers available. Most have more weight on the rear as to the front. And often not in balans between right and left side. The Enduro platform has right and left 50/50% in balance. And front/rear has a perfect trial setup of around 53-55% weight in the front depending on which Enduro. It takes so little to get the Enduro chassis to a 60/40% front/rear 50/50% weight distribution and get it to a crawler setup. I love that about this brand. Shocks of the Enduro are one of the best you can get on a RTR or kit. As good or even better as TRX-4. Plus Element RC has now so much versions of this chassis it really is a platform. Which is smart. All parts are interchangable. Add or remove IFS. Go from trial and scale to LCG. From scale to rockracer. So many options, all the same base chassis. I always say I like them all, you need to appriciate each brand and chassis. Chose which one you like. I enjoy all of them. Of these 3 after all this time after making this video. I drive the Element RC Enduro Sendero the most. Than the SCX10 II. I stopped driving the Gen8 because of lack of local parts supply. Which is a shame as it is a solid chassis and drives really easy. I now own 5 Element RC Enduros, different models. So maybe all of above is a bit helpfull for you. Have fun in this amazing RC hobby.
