For me, I’m going to track calories (macros) for the next the entire 30 weeks. I’m already 8 weeks in and living the results. Scale didn’t move for the first 5 weeks but my measurements and photos were changing. I’m loving my lifestyle 💪🏼

I average 15,000 steps a day. With about 12,000 being first thing in the morning by walking 4.4 miles to the gym and 4.4 miles back from the gym. I have been eating a carnivore way of eating for years and had good fat loss, but now that I am upping my protein and taking creatine, I have been stuck trying to get rid of these last 30 lbs of fat (mostly in my belly area). I can easily hit over 210 grams of protein within two meals a day. I think the extra protein and creatine is causing a bulk up that is counter productive. I will start hitting the gym only three days a week instead of 6. On the non-gym days, I will just do the walk, but on gym days, gym + the walk. At 54 years of age and after 24 years in the military beating my body up, slow progress is still great progress.

Been doing strict carnivore for 3 months. I am 5,9 and was close to 120kgs and down to 93kgs. Stalling now at the moment. I’ve been on 1000-1500Cal a day. started going to the gym. Hopefully I’m going to break through my stall and get down to 15%, I estimate I am currently between 20-25%. Any advise?

I would call myself a food addict. Hence the carnivore, only way I have been able to cut out all the bad foods. (Typical meal a day is 250-350g steak, 4eggs and a few bits of bacon.) just for some context.

Your body has probably adapted to such a low cal intake and is desperately preserving itself. Look into refeed days and diet break. I've been carny 6 months now and have had to adjust every few weeks to keep things moving. Also try doing a week of low fat here and there. Chicken breast and egg whites etc. Gotta keep your body thinking and working. Our bodies are designed to be lazy and adapt and preserve so you gotta keep changing it up when in fat loss mode! I started at 265 August 1 last year. Down to 210 this morning and still going every week. You got this Man! 💪🏼

While I do not believe in a god, I do believe that as long as whatever someone believes is doing them well and they’re a good person… there’s nothing wrong with listening. His main points were not godly, or preaching, they were all on point for his approach of leaning out.

@@JosiahFitness It's kinda funny how you said it so lightly that the next thing you mentioned is a whole bunch of foods. Fasting is healthy and that's the only way to promote autophagy, ketosis, and cell regeneration. According to Science, the body will produce Human Growth Factor at around 48 hours, preserving the muscles. The last thing you lose is muscles. As long as you have some amount of fat, your body will sustain itself. If you wanna lose weight, stop eating.
