എൻറെ 55 inch Sony 80J TV വാങ്ങി 2 years കഴിഞ്ഞ് backlight fail ആയി. Brand warranty 1 year ഉം Extended GoWarranty 4 years ഉം ആണ്. 4 മാസമായി GoWarranty ക്ക് service request കൊടുത്തിട്ട്. ഇത് വരെ ഒരു technician പോലും അയച്ചിട്ടില്ല. സാധാരണ ഗതിയിൽ വിളിച്ചാൽ ഫോൺ എടുക്കില്ല. കുറച്ച് ദിവസം 50 -100 missed calls ചെയ്താൽ ചിലപ്പോൾ തിരിച്ചു വിളിക്കും 3-4 days കൊണ്ട് brand ടെക്നിഷനെ അയക്കാമെന്ന് പറയും പിന്നെ ഒരു വിവരവും ഉണ്ടാകില്ല. ഒരു പ്രാവശ്യം വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ മഴകാരണം technician ന് വരാൻ കഴിയാത്തത് കൊണ്ടാണെന്ന് വരെ കളവ് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്. Brand service center ൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ അങ്ങനെ ഒരു service request ഉം അവർക്ക് കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് അവർ പറഞ്ഞു. Consumer court ൽ ഇത് വരെ complaint കൊടുത്തിട്ടില്ല.

ബ്രോ എനിക്ക് ടീവികളെ കുറിച്ച് ഒന്നും അറിയില്ല ഡൗൺ ലോഡിങ് ഒന്നും ഉള്ള TV വേണ്ട. കേബിളിന് പകരം വൈഫൈ ഉപയോഗിച്ചു TV കാണൽ മാത്രം ആണ് ഉദ്ദേശം അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ഏത് തരം TV യാണ് വാങ്ങേണ്ടത്

One extended earenty സപ്പറേറ്റ് വാങ്ങി.. ഇനി ഞാൻ വാങ്ങിയ പ്രോഡക്റ്റ് അതിൽ എങ്ങനെ ആഡ് ചെയ്യും.. ആഡ് ചെയ്യാധേ വെറുതെ വാരന്റി കിട്ടുമോ.. എനിക്ക് ഇതിനെ കുറിച് ഒരു ഐഡിയയും ഇല്ല.. ഒന്ന് ഹെല്പ് ചെയ്യോ ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ എന്റെ ക്യാഷ് പോകും

വാറണ്ടി കിട്ടും. പക്ഷേ എങ്ങനെ കിട്ടും, എപ്പോൾ കിട്ടും, എത്ര എമൗണ്ട് വരെ കിട്ടും, എത്ര തവണ വരെ കിട്ടും എന്നതെല്ലാം വീഡിയോയിൽ പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ അവരുടെ Terms & Condition പോലെയിരിക്കും. എന്തെങ്കിലും കേടുവന്ന് വാറണ്ടി claim ചെയ്യാൻ ചെല്ലുമ്പോൾ മാത്രമാണ് ഇതൊക്കെ അവർ വിശദീകരിക്കാറുള്ളു.😊

ഈ BBD യിൽ hisense tv 50 inch 2023 model വാങ്ങിയിരുന്നു ..company warranty 3 year കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു ..product വാങ്ങിയ സമയം extended warranty വാങ്ങിയിട്ടില്ല (6 month നുള്ളിൽ extended warranty medichal മതിയെന്ന് വീഡിയോയിൽ കണ്ടൂ) so tv warranty 5 year ആക്കി കിട്ടാൻ ഏത് plan aanu ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് ? ഇനി warranty എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ amazonil നിന്ന് തന്നെ വാങ്ങാൻ സാധിക്കുമോ അതോ warranty കമ്പനിയുടെ സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്ന് വാങ്ങണോ......

@@gibeeshmr3695 അതാത് കമ്പനികളുടെ സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്നോ അവരുടെ application വഴിയോ വാങ്ങാം. 3 വർഷം കമ്പനി വാറണ്ടി ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ 2 വർഷത്തേക്ക് കൂടി extnded വാറണ്ടി ലഭിക്കും. hisense ആയത് കൊണ്ട് Gowarranty ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതാണ് നല്ലത്. OneAssist നോക്കൂ.

വളരെ ശരിയാണ് ഞാൻ FLIP cart ൽ കൂടി Thoshiba 4 k Tv 43 in chന്റെ വാങ്ങിയിരുന്നു മൂന്നു വർഷത്തെ വാറണ്ടിയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു, പക്ഷേ ഒന്നര വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ചിത്തയായി customer care ൽ രണ്ടു മാസമായി വിളിക്കുന്നു പല കാരണങ്ങളും പറഞ്ഞ വർ വരുന്നില്ല, ഇനി പുതിയ ടി വി മേടിക്കാൻ തിരുമാനിച്ചു😔
