For me the best way to do this is 1.put headphones in (if you dont have them thats fine it just for me helps more with)2. And just close your eyes for a few minutes when you are done just scroll through and read the comments for a bit ❤

Please for your safety DO NOT use q-tips in your ear, if you have excessive ear was buildup use a low percentage hydrogen peroxide and water solution, or if you’re able to and have medical care seek a professional doctor to help you. Q-tips is a sure way to puncture your precious eardrum. Believe me, I know from experience, not fun to deal with; had to be put on antibiotics for a short period of time it helped tremendously but I’m still not 100% fully recovered. I’m also experiencing double hearing, left ear is perfectly normal, but my right ear is hearing music at different semitones than the left, it’s very frustrating to deal with too. It’s not the end of the world and should clear and go back to normal over time but it’s definitely something that you do not want to deal with if you’re a musician or also really enjoy listening to music.
