Hotel 10 (Tenerife)Due to a 10 AM flight, my daughter and I didn't have time for breakfast. A day earlier, I informed the front desk that I'd appreciate a breakfast box for my child, to which I was told we could pick up breakfast after 7:30 AM. However, at 7:45 AM today, as we were leaving and my daughter felt hungry, she was denied a bread roll by restaurant staff, who used a disdainful tone and refused. Only after pleading, they begrudgingly gave us two croissants wrapped in a tissue. Throughout, the restaurant staff, especially someone named Luis, displayed a domineering attitude. When I tried discussing the issue at the front desk, no one was present. I called out, and two male staff emerged. I questioned why they hadn't prepared breakfast despite my prior request, and why they denied the bread. Osvaldo, one of the front desk staff, was particularly rude, stating that early check-outs don't qualify for breakfast, despite my friend receiving it during a prior stay. Their successive disrespectful behaviors left me trembling with anger. Given my heart condition, I experienced intense chest pain and had to take medication. My six-year-old daughter was terrified and cried throughout the flight. Despite assurances, she remains fearful. Our holiday joy was shattered by your hotel's actions. I felt increasingly unwell and sought medical attention at 5 PM. I'm scheduled for a cardiology examination. I intend to alert the media about this incident. Your hotel's actions have inflicted lasting trauma on my daughter and me.

La comida excelente las bebidas el hotel muy lindo, el trato del personal muy bueno el hotel hermoso, lo malo fue la habitación fría y oscura, las playas muy regular, lo del spa lo cobran no está incluído, lo demás es todo gratis

I just came back from ocean coral & turquesa. 2nd time there in 2 years. The waiter named Ever at the adult pool works his butt off. Estrella at the party pool works her butt off also, it sucks they have to wear the face diaper in that heat

No os dejéis engañar por este hotel. Yo acabo de venir de 10 días allí y es el peor con diferencia. Mal servicio, camareros lentísimos, limpieza nefasta y mantenimiento insuficiente. Tengo fotos que lo demuestra porque es increíble lo que cuento

Justo en playa del carmen me llevé la peor experiencia de mi vida... 6 puntos de sutura en la planta del pie, durante 4 de los 5 días de mi estancia, por las CONDICIONES INSEGURAS EN LAS INSTALACIONES.
