It seems like nobody has the lock icon/option. Maybe you should look into this further.

I think there is some confusion in what you've claimed and what people are trying to do. This feature does not share system audio it just changes the settings for your microphone input. It turns off active noise canceling and limits echoes from any source chosen as your microphone. If these people are trying this while wearing headphones their microphone will not pick up the audio, obviously. Everyone who sees this because they're trying to get this to work, you need to be in a secluded quiet place and play the music or sound through a set of monitors or your computer speaker with your microphone turned on.

I did all the steps, the excel sheet has 2 recipients (as a test) but it doesn't work, why do u think that happened? i cant figure out the problem, can u help me plz?

Unfortunately, this is no longer applicable. Changes since this video: 1. There is no "Actions" option, the conversion options are now under "Tools" 2. Most of the conversion options are only available to those who pay a subscription. The only "free" options available are Pdf to jpg, and jpg to png. However, there are plenty of alternative apps that can be found in Playstore. Just type in "jpg to text". It'll bring up apps that are free and take up less storage than the MS office app (e.g. 10mb as opposed to 35mb). Thank you for taking the time to make this video though. I wish I found it before Microsoft got greedy, lol!
