If you want your product to be mainstream , the average individual user needs to be familiar using it in their everyday lives. This will extrapolate to useful , common sense business usage and help in a company’s productivity. Not the other way around!!! Giving you a common sense advice , that a consultant will charge thousands of Dollars !!!! So make these features available to the common person where it becomes part of their lives making daily mundane tasks easy.. not exclusive for Busjness employee staff.

Great point and I agree. We need easy to use tech, available to all, helping increase productivity. High level there’s the consumer side and business side. And on the business side there are small, medium and large (Enterprise) businesses. In my day to day, most of my customers are 50-100K employees with a global footprint. But I do understand the value of everyone being able to use these products across the spectrum. I’ll keep the channel updated if/when these features are made available to other Microsoft target markets. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

I have tried feeding the chatbot with both "upload" and Sharepoint Links. The answers are much more accurate with direct uploads. Even for just a single (small) file in a Sharepoint, the answers are less precise. It's not 0 to 1, it's just a bit less accurate, so not link or size issue on Sharepoint. Some Cloud Architects told me they felt the same way and only created chatbots with direct file uploads, basically Sharepoint is not really usable. What is your opinion on it?

Hello, very interesting findings. I haven't run into this myself so can't comment in detail. In the video I used 'Agent Builder' that gave me access to the Sharepoint sites, where files were located. It appeared the chatbot was accurate and just used the file specified as a knowledge source. I have a Cisco desk, and according to Cisco, it’s not compatible. There’s so many reasons I dislike Cisco, and how they have retired. Good devices is absurd. The reason they did it? Was the force companies to buy a new equipment. Well, my company won’t do that now because of how they failed to make equipment backwards compatible. The equipment runs fine with Cisco Webex, but I refuse to believe it’s a hardware compatibility issue. It’s a money issue.

We are having alot of problems with presence and delivering calls to call queues in environments where staff are not sitting at computers 100% of the time ...going from a static always available phone system to an invisible dynamic solution seems to be overlooked - a simple google search will show you customers having this peoblem

Lets say if we have 5 agents who need to use Queues app, would each of those 5 agents each need a Teams Premium license if they have to use the Queues app? Also, is the supervisor added in as a Forced Authorization user in your demo video? Lastly, is there a limit on call concurrency i.e the number of calls a call queue can handle using the Queues app at any given time (simultaneous calls)?

Thanks! Yes - if 5 agents require the functionality Queues App provides, then they will all need a Teams Premium license. Yes, user need Teams Premium license to use Queues app.. Agent can be part of CallQ and need not to use Queues app.. still can handle customer engagements as before In this case agents need not to be on Premium. Only admin/supervisor who need to manage the CallQ requires Premium Hope this clarifies
