I did get some good advice out of this short video. TUNG1953 did mention the need to clean the tubing prior to putting the coupler on. However, when he did put it on he did not clean the tubing. Thus, as he said, you could get dirt in the system. When one demonstrates the procedure, one should do so as prescribed.

I find that softening the end of the hose only causes it to crimp (as in flattening and getting bigger than hole in fitting) going in. This is a BURIED hose, not one sitting on the top of the ground, which is easy. Bury that hose 6 inches underground and try that. The first side is easy, the second a nightmare. Use clamp fitting and finish in 10 minutes.

I boil a cup of water in Pyrex glass measuring cup and dip the ends of the tube into the water for 30 seconds. You can then easily slip the end of the tube into the coupler. There is no need to muscle it in and it does not warp the tube. I have been repairing leaks like this for over 10 years.

I'm doing an entire system with these fitting/pipe. The hot water sounds like a great idea for a single repair but would be kinda difficult for two or three hours of work. Guess I could use a torch to keep the water hot. I have been using some Windex as a lube that helps a little but it still takes lots of muscle. Not so easy at age 79!! ;o(

Finished my drip system today. Since I had about 30 "T" and elbow fitting ends to make up, I did two things to make the job easier. 1- I took some measurements and "pre-fabbed" sections of the system in the garage then assembled those sections in the garden. 2- Since I had so many fittings to deal with, I tried using a heat gun to soften the ends of the tubing. Only needed a bit of heat to soften the first 1/4" to 1/2" of the tubing. Also used the heat gun, like it's used on PVC to straighten out the "curvy" tubing sections. Once I figured out how much to heat the tubing (only a small amount right at the end) they went into the fittings much easier than cold (un-heated). Heating it too much made it too soft and it would just fold or distort. Worked them all in about one inch. Thanks for the tip!! All .710 size tube. Some "Toro" and some Depot. Did notice the Toro worked much better with the heat. The Depot tubing wanted to collapse much easier. Much harder to determine the right amount of heat.

Paypal is not best if you need to accept donations. Move on to Stripe. If you need it for a nonprofit, I suggest using Donorbox. Only platform I found that supports recurring donations on Squarespace. donorbox.org/nonprofit-blog/squarespace-embedding/

i think practically everyone i know getting the Deployer Fracture figure is getting him & removing the deployer gimmick so they'll have another Warrior/Deluxe-ish Decepticon. 8 months in & SteelJaw is the only Con we have.
@tung-ld4ws

+Raine Kaspar Yeah, I can completely see people wanting to remove the gimmick. It doesn't really effect Fracture's alt mode, but Drift gets one big hole when he's the car. I think their alt modes are half way decent, Hasbro/Takara could have put a little more attention to detail in the robot modes, but I guess that's what they're doing with this whole series.

samone hillman The instructions concerning Paypal will give you a code you can paste into any website building sites and this should include E-commerce. You should still find the CODE icon and paste the paypal code in there. You should see the button appear on your site the instant you paste in the code, even before you click save.

BUMBLEME84 Thanks man! Looking back I wish I had compared him against Leader Class Megatron because they are so similarly fantastic sculps and alt modes, while their transformations couldn't be more different. Megatron is like 7 steps and UM is 26, but they both look fantastic. Would love an MP Ultra Magnus, but that one is going to cost a lost more than this one!

Ya they take some getting use to but keep them in a fist there not bad. But I agree the feet is why I got the set. I can get a black set and just use the feet.

Shawn T I haven't decided yet. I really am not a huge fan of buying just the repaints. Except for this years cartoon, I pretty much buy everything Hasbro produces so unless it's a retool like Silverbolt to Cyclonus I have a hard time spending the extra cash, that's why half of my Masterpieces or KOs!

Hey, thanks for responding! I just found an Air Raid a couple weeks ago, and I have to say, he's my favorite of the bunch. Slingshot isn't a bad figure, but once I got him in hand, the repaint was lackluster. I also have a tough time with repaints, unless it's a really good figure haha

kfki I was suspecting that. I have multiple KO masterpieces along with some of the actual Hasbro releases and ALL of them have been very tight in their transformations and pinning. I still think this one is great for the money, but out of Smokescreen, Redalert and the other variations of those cars, this one with tabbing the arms and feet although it works perfectly fine for displaying purposes is slightly off if you want to play with it - but that said, it's easy to put the tabs back into place.
