Hi Becky, just saw one of your works in Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine Friday Virtual Gallery Walk. I was very impressed by your painting. This is the first time I've ever written a comment to anybody. Keep up the good work. I painted my first oil in 1969( I'm in my mid 80's) and still paint. I enjoy painting and usually give my work away. I don't suggest that you do that. Lately, I've been painting with computer software (not A.I.) but with digital brushes and digitally mixing paint. If I mix yellow and blue, I get green.Digital painting is cleaner, cheaper, and faster. The art principles are the same but results are easier to reproduce and distribute. After seeing your painting I am inspired to boot up my computer and try an abstract landscape. Your painting is so beautiful. I look forward to seeing more of your work. Keep up the good work. I've subscribed to your site and hope to see more of your creations.

Cool art... Really amazing stuff... But how can any artist thrive in such a talk-sic space... Being so much of the art world is like this now... artist's stealing other artist's works, competitiveness ect.

Hello Becky- Wonderful concept for using oils. Like you, I prefer the end result on canvas from using water color. I attended the Currier Art Museum School in Manchester, New Hampshire full time, from 1964 to 1968. It was a liberal arts program that featured so many mediums. My favorite classes were pen & ink, water color, pastels and charcoal. We also had three workshops given by Lindsey Decker the famous sculptor in bronze sculpture, photography and movie making. My favorite teacher was Leandre Poisson. He taught me how to master perspectives and French Impressionism from his studies in Paris. I struggled with the oils and will give your technique a try. All the best! ~ Diane

Very nice, but since there was no sharing I must call it clickbait. Other than hearing the word engineer, there was no engineering conveyed to the viewer.

Santiago Michalek - You are so gifted and passionate regarding your art and the world of horses. I have been out of both for a while. I heard you mention sculpture in the studio. I attended The Currier Museum of Art School in Manchester, NH from 1964 to 1968 full time in tandem with high school. You would have loved it! The best art teachers stepped forward, in oils, water color, Impressionism. Lindsey Decker came up from Greenwich Village to teach sculpture, photography and movie making. I never forgot those classes. Like your art school, only the Currier Museum remains. My days of owning horses are past, but that passion is still in my blood. I am returning to 🎨 art school and pleased that I came across your You Tube channels. I will follow your art and love of horses with interest. Brings into focus, so many fond recollections of my past that are now leading into new endeavors. ~ Diane
